After working in the service industry in Bangkok, Peter relocated to South Florida and opened one of the first Thai restaurants in the area in 1988. Through love and immersion, he has perfected his craft while bringing a unique blend of classic Thai cuisine and American upscale dining. Serving highly regarded sushi dishes and traditional Thai plates with the perfect amount of custom twists, Peter 's passion shines through his food. Jasmine is the result of a lifetime of dedication to making others feel comfortable, with endless smiles and full stomachs.
